Fall has arrived !

Well Football is over now, My grandsons Jake, in CO, and Braden in Roy, have finished the football season and I am so proud of both of them !
Soccer is now coming to a close for Madisyn, Kaycee, Tyker and Cameron. I tried to go to a lot of the games , but sometimes is hard to fit them all in.
Our little Baby Granddaughter Bryten is now 5 mos old and Great Granddaughter Kazree is now 6 mos. Tyson is in Kansas and qualified at College to go to Nationals ! Good Job Ty !!!

They have all settled back into school and another year is almost over. Wow how time flies. Everyone has seemed to get some kind of virus, don't know if they are swine flu or not, but a lot of crap has been going around.

We are getting ready to Celebrate Halloween this weekend with a party and then to Colorado to visit Jake and Ryker on Halloween !

On September 19th my Grandson Kyler( Jeanie & Blake's son), got married to Kaylee Bell. It was such a fun wedding with the whole wedding party dancing down the aisle. First the Bridesmaids came down the aisle and part way down, stopped and paused and the music played a rousing rendition of " The Cotton Eyed Joe" and they danced a cute dance, the groomsmen joined in and danced with them. Then after the bridesmaids went back out, the returend with the bride and did a Line Dance to "Redneck Girls" It was so Fun. It was truly a western Wedding and they made it theirs !

Jeanie and Blake, Jake and Ryker came and stayed with us. Fun times. I can't believe we have a married Grandson !

Also funny is I have Grandkids named: Kyler, Kaylee, Kylee, Kaycee, Cameron, and me Kathie ! Say that three times fast. Kylee is a cute girl and I wish Kyler and Kaylee all the happiness they deserve.

Summer is on the way out and Wow have we had a Busy One. Jeanie was here for her class reunion, my class reunion was in July ( 40 years ), and Tyson ,our grandson left for College in Kansas the end of July. There were Ball games, My grandson Braden got to be a Bat boy for the Raptors this summer and when Jake came to stay with us for a couple of weeks in Juky, they let him be a Batboy also.

Robin and I went to a camping trip in Island Park and West Yellowstone, Then camping at the Mt. Nebo Loop near Nephi before we went to Maynard Dixon Country in August. We also made a trip to Colorado, and had BBQ's and more BBQ's. We also took a short trip to Bear Lake and had a nice visit with Ron, Robin's Brother. WHEW

Our Grandkids are getting Bigger and Bigger. The little ones are smiling, rolling over and are so Adorable.

All in all I am so Happy I have such a great family.

40th Anniversary

Well, we Made it ! We had our 40th Anniversary on June 13th. We are going to take a little camping trip this next week to celebrate. We didn't do anything on our anniversary because I was recovering from an implant. ( of course that would be a TOOTH implant. ) Before we know it, it will be our 50th !!!! That other picture was at the Junior Prom.

Kazree weighs 4 lbs more than Bryten. These new Mommy's are sure Proud !

Have to Brag !!

Today I went and held my Grandbaby Bryten. I have to do that everyday. She is cuter and cuter. I was also my Grandaughter Hadlee's 9th birthday. I got a couple of cute pictures of Bryten. What cute kids we have.

Yesterday, May 27, Megan gave birth to her first Baby. Her little girl , Bryten Jane Buttars, weighed 6 # 12 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. Of course she is beautiful just like her mother. She She reminds me a little of Megan, but has a lot of Trent's features. ( He is pretty cute too)

I laughed when Megan bought Taylor Swift tickets for Tuesday night. I didn't think she would be there, because I though she would have had her baby by then. She proved me wrong, and on Wednesday Morning she went to the hospital and had her new daughter. What a Woman!

It amazes me that women these days have the option to go though Labor and Delivery virtually pain free !! We were visiting with her up until the time she was ready to deliver. Megan was a real trooper and I am so proud of her. This makes 12 grandkids 7 boys and 5 girls and 1 Great granddaughter. And " All because two people fell in Love".

Bryten is so cute. Tyker and Madisyn are quite taken with their new sister too.

Wow, what a month. Kazree, Kylee's daughter (my GREAT granddaughter), and Bryten( granddaughter) were born in the past 5 weeks and also in the middle of all that we lost our sweet Nana.

What a Blessed Family we are. Two new lives on Earth and a New life in Heaven.

Life is Good, and we are so Thankful.

5th generation Picture

About two weeks before Nana ( Robin's Mom) passed away, my Great Grandaughter was born. We went over there when Kazree was 5 days old and had a 5th Generation Picture. I am so glad we did ! She is the only one of my Great Grandkids that will have that honor.

The Picture has Grandma Amy, Great Grandpa Robin, Mommy Kylee and Great Great Grandma Nana. What a treasure this is. We Love You Nana.

Today We said Goodbye to Robin's Mom and my Mom in Law, Merle Arnold. She was a very loving woman, and lived to be 95 years old. She would be so happy seeing all her family together today. She will be missed.

She loves all of her Kids and Grandkids so much. She had a good memory, up until about 3 days until she passed. Robin is so fortunate to have his mother so long. I am so thankful that my daughters and Grandchildren got to know her and love her. I hope our famillies still stay close and we need to make an effort to get together as much as we can. She was the last surviving sibling in her family of 15 children. The end of an Era. We could all learn a lot from her example.

I am a better person because of knowing her.

Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day with my daughters and their families. I am so proud to be their Mother and I am proud of the Mother's they have become. ALl of their kids are so caring and loving. Thank you God for making them my Daughters.
